Gila Seritcioglu
Gila Ancel Seritcioglu, MA, MCC is a Master Certified Coach, somatic practitioner, expressive arts facilitator, transformational leadership guide and author who has dedicated over 30 years to developing the human potential of leaders, teams, and organizations around the world. Born in Istanbul and shaped by a rich multicultural life, Gila weaves together Eastern and Western wisdom traditions, somatic practices, expressive arts, Gestalt philosophy, and decades of senior-level coaching experience to create deep, embodied transformation. She is the co-founder and faculty of the Gestalt Center for Coaching and has previously taught in executive coaching programs, including at HEC Paris. Gila partners with C-suite executives, leadership teams, global organizations, and women leaders to cultivate presence, trust, resilience, and relational intelligence. Her work is rooted in the belief that leadership begins within, in the body, in awareness, and in the capacity to return to center. Through somatic practices, creative expression, and mindful inquiry, she helps leaders reconnect to their essence, unleash their life-energy, and act from clarity and inner alignment. Drawing on her extensive background in psychology, Gestalt coaching, somatic training with the Strozzi Institute, expressive arts therapy, and trauma-informed approaches, Gila creates safe, empowering, and transformative spaces where insights become embodied practices and awareness becomes sustainable change. In addition to her somatic and expressive arts training, she has also trained to work with horses in leadership and presence-based development — allowing her to bring powerful, non-verbal, relational learning into her retreats. After three decades of accompanying transformation in others, Gila has co-authored “JOYBeing: Connecting with the Essence and Rhythm of Life to Thrive and Inspire”, a body of work that distills her lifelong exploration of joy, aliveness, and human potential. Known for her warm presence, intuitive depth, masterful facilitation, and poetic way of working with individuals and groups, Gila brings heart, rigor, and artistry to every encounter. She supports leaders in discovering who they are at their best so that they are more grounded, more alive, and more able to inspire the world around them.
